DOMINICE SWISS PROPERTY FUND: ANNOUNCEMENT OF A CAPITAL INCREASE OF APPROX. 50 MILLION. CHF

Dominicé Swiss Property Fund announces a capital increase planned for December 2021. This will enable Dominicé to acquire new real estate assets, pursue its value creation strategy and increase the Fund's acquisition flexibility.
